The so-called luxury here lacks, with low water pressure and hot water issues—not exactly what you'd expect. I inquired about room upgrades but instead was met with indifference. The overpriced, limited menu at Zest insulted my dining expectations. I almost gave a decent review but just coudln't ignore these glaring letdowns.

The whole family, including my adult children, loved having breakfast with ocean views. The cliffside bar was a highlight, featuring live music and fresh fruit drinks. We enjoyed the gym, which had plenty of tools for our workouts and kept us energized for adventures.

My kids wished for more family-oriented activities.

Good place with amenities like free parking, 24-hour security, and an outdoor dining area. On my first stay, the staff helped with fantastic restaurant recommendations. Can't wait to come back for a city break!

The service was frickin' excellent. The staff really made you feel like you were getting personal attention like I’ve never seen before, especially with Oniel playing dominoes with us.

The stay here impressed me mostly. The views from the cliffside were stunning. Enjoying the sunset from the lounge area felt otherworldly. The staff delivered excellent service. personalized attention marked our time there. The restaurant offered delightful meals, particularly a breathtaking private dinner on the cliffs. The KiYara Spa had some standout treatments, especially a soothing massage by Carolyn, right by the sound of the waves. Our room was spacious, clean, and instantly made us feel at home. However, the dining options felt a bit limited, and a few items from the menu weren’t available during our stay. The pricing for meals seemed high, especially since some drinks weren't included in our meal plan. While the amenities were top-notch, low water pressure in the shower was puzzling and could use improvement. Despite that, the atmosphere was serene and truly a restorative escape.

Loved the beautiful saltwater pool and yoga classes. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
